Radcloffe Group Of School Is hiring for Kharghar Campus * *Role Title:* TGT - English * *Target Classes:* Grades 6 to 10 (Middle and Secondary School) * *Core Objective:* Build strong reading, writing, speaking, listening (LSRW), vocabulary, and literary appreciation skills. *Key Responsibilities* * *Teaching & Delivery:* Deliver engaging lessons on prose, poetry, drama, grammar, and functional English following the prescribed board curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, or state board). [1, 2, 3] * *Skill Development:* Focus on improving students' spoken English, pronunciation, essay/creative writing, and comprehension. [1, 2] * *Lesson Planning:* Prepare daily lesson plans, classroom activities, worksheets, and digital learning materials. [1, 2] * *Assessments & Feedback:* Design and grade quizzes, tests, and term exams; track student progress and offer remedial/extra-help sessions for struggling students. [1, 2] * *Co-Curriculars:* Guide students in debates, elocution, public speaking, spelling bees, and dramatics. [1] * *Parent & Admin Communication:* Maintain academic records, conduct parent-teacher meetings, and adhere to school policies. [1] *Qualifications & Requirements* * *Education:* Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. in English or related fields) or Master’s Degree (M.A. in English). [1, 2, 3] * *Professional Certification:* B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory in most standard institutions; specialized training (Cambridge/IGCSE/IB) is preferred for international schools.
