Academic Trainer- Computer Science

*Academic Trainer – Computer Science* *Job Type:* Full-time *Work Mode:* On-site / Field-based (School Visits) *Experience:* 1+ Year *Industry:* Ed Tech / Education Technology *Job Responsibilities* * Deliver structured and engaging training sessions for *school teachers, principals, and academic coordinators* in online and in-person formats. * Visit partner schools using *Next Education’s products* (training materials, textbooks, Digital content, and digital modules) to conduct teacher enablement programs. * Train and support teachers in the *effective usage, implementation, and integration* of Next Education’s Computer Science curriculum and digital solutions. * Demonstrate product features, digital platforms, coding tools, and classroom-ready teaching methodologies. * Facilitate onboarding and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of products across schools. * Conduct teacher assessments, collect feedback, and share improvement recommendations with internal teams. * Design, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, user manuals, and reference guides. * Collaborate with content, product, academic, and technology teams to continuously enhance training quality and curriculum effectiveness. * Organize and facilitate workshops, certification programs, refresher trainings, and academic events for educators. * Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and school-wise reports. * Provide ongoing academic and basic technical support to schools when required. *Qualifications & Skills* * Bachelor’s degree in *Computer Science, IT, Education, or a related discipline*. * Minimum *1 year of experience* in teaching, training, or academic support in Computer Science or related subjects. * Strong understanding of school-level Computer Science concepts, coding fundamentals, and digital learning tools. * Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). * Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to engage, motivate, and guide educators effectively. * Comfortable working in a field-based role and *willing to travel to assigned schools*. *Preferred Skills* * Prior experience in an *EdTech organization* or academic training role. * Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital classrooms. * Knowledge of basic programming languages (e.g., Python, Scratch) or emerging technologies.
