Preschool Teacher

We are looking for a *Preschool Teacher* to join our team *at a Reputed Preschool* with a strong background in preprimary or primary education(0-6 yrs). This role will be responsible to develop lesson plans and teach students. *Key Responsibilities:* * Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and interactive lessons based on the preschool curriculum. * Use *Play-Way, Montessori, and activity-based teaching methods* to make learning enjoyable and effective. * Assess, track, and document students’ academic, social, emotional, and developmental progress. * Provide constructive feedback and encourage students through positive reinforcement. * Foster interactive, collaborative, and experiential learning in the classroom. * Create a warm, inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment for all children. * Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. * Encourage creativity, curiosity, communication, and independent thinking among students. * Maintain effective communication with parents regarding students’ progress and development. * Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to plan and implement classroom activities and events. * Maintain classroom discipline and ensure adherence to the preschool’s safety and child-care standards. *Preferred Skills:* * Lesson planning and classroom management * Montessori/Play-Way teaching techniques * Child development and early learning practices * Activity and theme-based learning * Parent communication * Student assessment and progress tracking * Team collaboration and leadership Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Paid sick time * Paid time off * Provident Fund Work Location: In person
