Daycare Teacher / Early Years Educator – Kalyani Nagar, Pune We are looking for a *warm, responsible and energetic Daycare Teacher* to join our preschool & daycare centre in Kalyani Nagar. *Timings:* 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM *Salary:* ₹17,000–₹20,000/month, depending on experience & qualifications *Job Type:* Full-time *Key Responsibilities:* * Ensure children's safety, hygiene and overall well-being. * Plan and conduct engaging age-appropriate activities including art & craft, storytelling, music & movement, sensory play and physical activities. * Maintain a structured routine for activities, meals, nap time, hygiene and free play. * Actively engage with children rather than providing passive supervision. * Coordinate with daycare support staff and maintain a clean, organised environment. * Maintain basic daily records for meals, sleep, toileting, activities and important observations. * Communicate appropriately with parents and work closely with the Centre Coordinator and preschool team. * Follow all centre policies regarding child safety, attendance, mobile-phone use, photography/social media and authorised pickup. *Requirements:* * Previous preschool/daycare/early-years experience preferred. * ECCEd/ECCE, Montessori, NTT or similar qualification preferred. * Patient, caring, energetic and genuinely enjoys working with young children. * Good communication and organisational skills. * *Punctuality and reliability are essential.* We are looking for someone who wants to help us build a *high-quality, active and nurturing daycare environment*, rather than simply supervise children. *Interested candidates can DM their CV along with experience, current location, expected salary and earliest joining date.* *Email ID - [email protected]* Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Paid sick time * Paid time off Work Location: In person
