Job Title: GK, Value Education & English Teacher – PRT & Mid School *Organization:* Vatsalya Jr. College *Location:* Undri, Pune – 411060 *Hiring Partner & Management Support:* TecWithAmey Job Description Vatsalya Jr. College is looking for *dedicated, enthusiastic, and passionate teachers for General Knowledge (GK), Value Education, and English* for PRT and Mid School classes. The ideal candidate should be able to make learning interesting, develop students’ language and communication skills, enhance their general awareness, and instil positive values, discipline, and good manners. Key Responsibilities * Teach GK, Value Education, and English according to the assigned classes and syllabus. * Improve students’ English grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and comprehension skills. * Develop students’ general awareness of current affairs, science, history, geography, and important national and international events. * Teach moral values, good manners, discipline, honesty, respect, and social responsibility. * Plan and conduct engaging classroom lessons, discussions, quizzes, and educational activities. * Encourage students to participate in classroom discussions, storytelling, reading, and interactive learning activities. * Conduct regular tests, assignments, revision sessions, and GK quizzes. * Help students resolve their doubts and overcome academic difficulties. * Monitor students’ academic progress and provide appropriate guidance. * Maintain a positive, disciplined, and friendly classroom environment. * Complete the assigned syllabus on time and conduct regular revision. * Coordinate with the academic team regarding syllabus completion and student performance. * Maintain basic records of assessments, assignments, and student progress.
